Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through our website: www.joy2live.me. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. 2. Payment Terms Payment is required at the time of booking via the available payment methods on our website. Your booking is only confirmed once the payment has been received. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. 4. Session Guidelines Please be on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly, without refund. Sessions take place online or remotely – make sure you are in a quiet and undisturbed space to receive the energy. 5. Disclaimer These sessions are meant for energy work and spiritual growth and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.
